[1:17am] you slip into marks bed, pulling his spiderman blanket over yourself and wrapping your arms around his middle, your head resting on his back. he stirs slightly, “can’t sleep?” he mumbles, finding your hand under the covers and holding it. “i missed you.”

[2:10pm] “mark! hey!” you yell across the park, resisting the urge to sprint towards him and engulf him in a hug. he’s with another girl, you don’t know who she is. mark’s eyes brighten up when he sees you a smile creeps onto his face. “it’s been so long.” he says when you reach him. you nod. “hey mark i’m sorry. about everything.” you say when he becomes quiet. “it’s fine. oh and this is mina, my girlfriend.” your heart almost leaps out of your chest and shatters in front of him. “it’s great to meet you. sorry i’ve got to rush off, we’ll catch up soon?” you say before offering mark a hug which he accepts. “yeah i’d like to. i’ve been looking for you, for so long.”
