It was stupid good. So good in fact that the bbc filmed a version and put it on dvd when it debuted. I bought that dvd after I saw the show and put it up on the Internet Archive. The audio is not great but the dancing is spectacular. Ever see a pas de deux around an anatomical dissection? You will.

being aro (and ace, but mostly aro) has taught me to look for love in nature. how the leaves reach towards the dawn’s light for that sweet embrace, how the clouds trail along the sky and wrap it in whispy memories, how water curves along a stone in rivulets and wears it down.

being aro has made me notice the more intricate details of nature, i think. i know my allo peers (my friends, in a more specific context) struggle with things like poetry and symbolism, and i think part of it is because a lot of allo people attribute love & romance.

it’s good to see the love in the rest of the world, too. to see how the wind threads through the trees and how the waves of sound crash against the shore of time.

idk maybe i’m just too tired to think clearly. could be that, too.
