The Blackberry Fig Kefir Smoothie is a delightful way to include kefir in your diet. This smoothie is not only packed with probiotics from the kefir but also boasts the natural sweetness of blackberries and figs, making it a nutritious and tasty choice for any time of the day.
Ingredients: 1 cup fresh blackberries. 2 ripe figs, stems removed. 1 cup kefir. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Take the stems and leaves off of the fresh blackberries and wash them. Take the stems off the ripe figs and cut them into quarters. Fresh blackberries, ripe figs, kefir, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract should all be put into a blender. You can also add a few ice cubes to the blender if you want a colder smoothie. Using a blender, blend everything together until it's smooth and creamy. If you think the smoothie is too sweet, add more honey to make it less sweet. Place the Blackberry Fig Kefir Smoothie in glasses and serve right away. If you want, you can add more blackberries or fig slices as a garnish. Enjoy your tasty and healthy kefir smoothie!
