@kvltredux it’s really not. Notice this is a pyramid, it’s a hierarchy. And the top 2 tiers are all white men, the third tier is 3 white men snd a white women, and the bottom tier has 3 people of color and one white woman plus another white man. Adding 3 token people of color or women at the bottom of the pyramid is not really diversity.
