i think darkners are like toons and also gems from steven universe in that they are physical projections of darkness associated with a specific object, they are Solid and functionally People(gems) and they are silly goofy and don't have to make physical sense (toons)

Darkners like the scc are robots to me in the same way GPS from The Nightly Manor is. They are electronic and do have mechanical aspects but if they were cut you'd probably not get wires but you wouldn't get blood or flesh either. They are a secret 3rd thing and close enough to robots to for me to get attached.

Like they dont have skin texture but it is skin. Spamton isn't made of wood but he feels like wood, or he 'feels' like wood in the way he feels like how you imagine feeling wood, you can imagine the texture but there is still the degree of separation. On that note darkners that are unclear or intangible in the light world [Rudins and Virovirokun] don't have a clear texture to them.

I think if you dissect a darkener you'd get pure darkness, they don't even bleed out its just nothing. Though for darkeners where they're light world object as apart of them, [again SCC, Tenna and even Maice] those specific parts would probably have electronics inside because they ARE electronics. Though I think darkeners like the cards of Card Kingdom would purely be the void on the inside same with the before mentioned Virovirokun. They are weird lil guys

Are they removing bots from the TV show?

They don't mention bots at all other than the navigation-unit who by the looks of it is a construct and not a bot. They even say that transports [not just some transports but transports in general] have neural tissue. Please someone tell me they aren't just merging constructs and bots, they already lessened the Feed 😭

tbfr the bot parts of The MurderBOT Diaries are what interest me and it'd be really shitty if they bio-tech everything sentient

(My personal answer underneath, please voice your own opinions if you wish to!)

Admittedly, I've never played or seen much of Ultrakill, and while I've seen people react to their appearance in Indie Cross saying that the Rogues are screwed, with V1 even holding Godot's head, my personal vote goes to Ghost. If they became the Lord of Shades and lost control of themselves, the others wouldn't last long.

Chat, base V1 already does that. As far as I'm away V1 doesn't have a more powered up form as far as I'm aware. Its just like that by default. If Indie cross is going to with lore accurate V1 then it physically wont die, every death in Ultrakill is canonically a simulation done by V1, it can hypothetically predict all the enemies attacks.

If I'm interpreting correctly this means that nightmare forms are just the peak of the power a character can have in their game [so not counting collaborations or cameos] + opening portals as we've seen with Springtrap. V1 probably wouldn't differ much form a nightmare form except for maybe a change in appearance, its by far the most powerful in its dimension and doesn't have any allies aside form maybe the main cast [dependent on ep3].

The knight on the other hand does have a fully powered up form in game, The Shade Lord. The god of gods and void itself. Void is a direct counter to the gods in hollow knight, not only thematically [Void being referred as darkness and higher beings as light respectively] but is the ancient enemy of The Radiance. The Pale King was able to harness void because it was not unified, but thats what The Shade Lord is, void given body and focus. It defeated the ABSOLOUTE RADIENCE the perfect form of a god that shines brighter than the essence that dreams are made of in this form. Who also might have allies in Hornet but I don't know about anyone else.

So the the question really is, can normal V1 beat The Shade Lord?

My bets are that The Shade Lord would win, it is pure void, there is no blood for it to heal and fuel itself unless it gets its blood from it's allies, I don't think The Shade Lord could kill V1 through attacks but could probably ware it down or stall it long enough for it to run out of fuel. The only weakness we have seen from The Shade Lord is a delicate flower, in which I dont think V1 could get one considering their called delicate for a reason if you know what I mean.

Since your post was the one to introduce me to the series before I did I'm going to guess you've read the rest of the books? What happened to the original Bero? The one in The Light of Berossus that launched himself into space, as far as I remember the Bero in The Light was a copy and not the original or had he transferred himself into the net leaving behind his original body as it jets off into the void? I just finished the finally and got very confused on why that plot point wasn't mentioned and theres like fuck all discussion on these books😭

It’s pretty likely that it’s a four digit number, and as there are four digits chosen there, that means that there cannot be any repetition. This mean that there are:

n!/(n-4)! possible orders. As ‘n’ is 4 (number of digits available). 4!/0! which becomes 4x3x2x1/1 which simplifies to 24. That means that there are 24 possible combinations of codes. This would take you about two or three minutes to input all possible codes.

Well. Since you asked. I was on tumblr as this post was being built in 2013. The height of superwholock. Which has, since then, been declared peak cringe. So people picked new fandoms to openly love in earnest. Which were also eventually declared cringe. Eventually the youth decided to cut out the middleman, and declared loving anything in earnest to be fully cringe. So it has been a really long time since the day to day users of tumblr have let any fandom create anything nearing the cultural phenomenon that was superwholock. And it is exactly those cultural phenomena that are needed to create posts like this.

So. What happened? Cringe culture happened.

Try and imagine what would happen if this post wasn’t the “sacred texts” only ever seen in screen shots and in pinterest. Try and imagine any current pop culture detective media fandom creating this post today. They’d be slaughtered for being cringe by the time (in this case) Sherlock was mentined.

But because this post is 10 years old and completely broke containment, it’s celebrated when it graces our dashes.

I blazed a small fandom event announcement.  Because I was genuinely excited to be part of a Big Bang for a wonderful movie.  One of the first responses I got was “Why would you blaze this?” Because of genuine excitement.
