so during the Bannerfall panel yesterday, Owen mentioned that the original plan for the finale was Red Kingdom vs Blue Kingdom, with no Creaking King final boss. he explained that the goal would have been to kill the other Kingdom's monarch, and once they died, permadeath would be enabled for that Kingdom. so if this finale had happened, 50% of the server would likely have died in the end... can you IMAGINE
