None of my housemates put the bins out for collection this week while I was away

Bins only get collected every 2 weeks

Had to throw out a load of my housemate's absolutely rank decaying food because it was stinking up the fridge

Kitchen bin is now making the house smell, probably worse bc we're in a heatwave

We are only allowed to have two bin bigs collected each time, so I can't just put it in the outside bin unless the bag is completely full because as I said, none of the previous 2 weeks' rubbish was collected
