really got in touch with my dark side cus i was feeling depressed when I created this but also I had the idea about how people have such a stigma about medications and mental health also my own journey to find help.I been on and off medications to help my depression, anxiety and ADHD since i was about 16 and it has helped me be here and where I am now. I mean I still have my bad days (hence the inspiration) but being about to function to a point where I can get out of bed and take care of myself and work with people with out wanting to shut down completely or over whelmed is something.  I also coupled this with therapy which helped the non chemical side of things.
