Living in past is easy and difficult.
Anxieties never, never ever leave you. They come before all good things lining up in place, and throughout your bad days as well. Anxiety is indeed a part of life, something that cannot be detached from our astral states.
Learning to live and grow with your anxieties is Life in real sense!
In this journey of life, We acquire certain characteristics which eventually become a hallmark of our true state. Whereas Evolution demands dynamicity in your states over time, constancy keeps sanity and assurance that you are what you are, and helps you recognize your own self when you are lost.
There are times when you invest yourself completely in others, not for the sake of gaining interests out of it, but because sometimes people really can’t see what you see in them. Learning is not merely for self, rather for everyone around you. We too grow through the same soil even when we sprinkle water around us. Self growth is good, but holistic growth is great and beyond measures.
Brain Tissue Yields Clues to Causes of PTSD
Gene expression patterns in four regions of the prefrontal cortex are distinctly different in those who have been diagnosed with PTSD compared to those who have not. Major differences were seen in interneurons, which inhibit the immune system and microglia in the central nervous system. Findings shed light on why women are more likely to experience PTSD and compound a link between post-traumatic stress and a dampening of the immune system.
