One 50-minute session per week in a sterile office with talk-only therapy is enough.
Symptoms are mistakes of your nervous system.
“Healing” or “health” means the absence of symptoms.
Psychotherapy doesn’t need the body.
Antidepressants as the first, not the absolute last, option.
Rest and time in nature are a waste of time.
Science is objective, all-knowing and only what can be measured is real.
Humanity today is wiser than ever.
Only those who are “healed” are allowed to support others.
The therapist knows better than you.
Symptoms are not malfunctions. They are deeply intelligent adaptation strategies of your system to environments and circumstances that are not right for you.
Having symptoms doesn’t mean you are broken or abnormal – it means you still feel when something is out of balance. Your body is speaking. We just have to re-learn how to listen.
Diagnoses are human-made constructs, not your identity.
Traditional psychology often works within a lens of “disorder”, “deficit” and “treatment”.
But what we actually need isn’t a more precise ICD classification.
We need connection. Nature. Embodiment. Co-regulation.
Healing isn’t about removing symptoms.
Healing is about being seen. Understood. Held.
It’s about unconditional allowance and reconnection with your inner truth.
Suppressed emotions are stored in the body & they want to be felt and released.
We heal in connection, not alone.
And it’s the key to remembering.
Information is not the same as knowledge.
Knowledge is not the same as wisdom.
We live in an age of too much information, and yet we’ve lost access to embodied wisdom.
Science is powerful, but it has limits.
And your body knows the way. A wisdom the rational mind will never reach.
The human mind can offer deep insights into the world – but it will always be a product of its time and its limited perspective.
There is no one-size-fits-all.
Our souls came here to experience different things.
No one else can define what is healthy, fulfilling, or right for YOU.
Humanity has evolved technologically –
But we’re in the middle of an epidemic of disconnection – from nature, from each other, and from our own bodies.
Who holds space for you matters more than how.
Because therapy is not just technique.
It’s relationship. It’s regulation. It’s nervous system to nervous system.
It’s being with – not fixing.
