What's your favorite brand of elastic headband? I can never find one that fits right and stays on while I'm working out! :(
I usually get the Adidas headbands, they're a little bit bigger and stay on my head better. I also found at Marshalls some elastic headbands that have a nice little gripper on the back! You could also go with the bigger ones that cover more of your head, I use those too. :)
I love this because I listen to this song when I'm working out. :)
Today was leg day...and this is exactly how I felt when I was done.
Now whenever I bench press I'll be thinking of this.

Aww thank you so much! I guess because I look at myself everyday it's just hard for me to see! Again thank you, encouraging words like that keep me going! :))
I just wanted to share this with my lovely followers! Here are my progress pics all combined. I did this to help keep me motivated. I honestly don't ever want to go back to the way I used to look and feel back in May. I may not be losing weight, but I am toning up a lot! I personally cant see a difference when I look at myself, but when I look at the pictures I notice some things, like my thighs and my boobs. Unfortunately, I'm losing my boobage, but I guess thats okay if it makes me looks smaller.
So, I'll be taking another progress pic around September 5, so keep a look out for it! :)

So How's The Squatting Challenge Going You Guys?
I'm on like day 20 something, so I'm coming to the end! I've been slacking a little bit just because the number is so large it scares me! haha I have to do 180 squats tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes!

If you're looking for a snack that will give you a crunch like a potato chip but still want low calorie, try Sugar Snap Peas! They're amazing! You can literally eat a whole bag for 30 calories! They're wonderful raw, they have a sweat taste but if you would rather prefer salty, add a little dash of salt on them. Trust me, give these little guys a try because they're worth it!
Can I just say how happy I am to find a blog that's not covered in bikini clad girls and thigh gaps? Most fitblrs depress me with pictures my body can never live up to, your blog is nothing like that and truly motivational. Thank you! :D

Lets Talk About Squatting!
You guys, I've been doing the 30 day squat challenge and I'm hurting right now.
Whats the 30 day squat challenge you ask? Well the first day you squat 45 reps and every day you add 5. On the fourth day you rest and every 5th day you add 10 to your last round. So, tonight I had to do 140 squats. Tomorrow is my rest day which means on Wednesday I have to do 150 squats! Ughhhhh!! But you know what, I have to say i see a huge different with my thighs and my bum! I'm actually proud to say that I love the results of my bum right now. hahaha I've been using the 45lb bar just to help me keep my position straight and even but you dont have to use it. You can just set a chair up behind you and squat until you reach the chair. I found thats pretty nice also to keep your pose.

I have to say that this is one thing thats impressed me the most about when I work out. Every time I life or squat I up my weight and I just cant believe how much my body is capable of handling! It's amazing.
