shut up saurfang sauteing and caramelizing are two different equally delicious ways of preparing onions. sometimes you want them to maintain some crispness and fresh flavor especially when seasoned with some oregano, chili, lemon garlic, etc. this is why you’re an embarrassment to the Horde
