Enemies to lovers too often for me has BIG interpersonal conflicts and like. Legitimate reasons they hate each other in a way that I don't particularly enjoy that romances. The important thing about Quark is that he is in fact extremely observant but he operates on sheer denial to such an extent that I don't think he'd be able to get through a day without it.
