Ah that sucks. It might not hurt to take a little bit of time out to yourself and see how you feel about it then hun.

I’m not sure really. I haven’t attempted to be in a high socialising situation since, so if I was back in a situation like that? I’d probably put up my hands and back away slowly tbh lmao. But in general I’m better and I’m less stressed out and I have my family and a few friends around so it’s not like I’ve turned myself into a shut in. I kind of feel bad for leaving people but I’m sure they understand.

I know it’s said all the time and it gets to sounding really generic after a while but, I hope you feel better. Even if not soon, then eventually.
