Spirk fic ideas for aos i can't get out of my head:

- junior ambassador spock and not-quite-cadet kirk, accidental sugar baby au, where george kirk survived and became a hotshot admiral and kirk tries to avoid actually being in starfleet. Kirk picks up spock outside a boring ambassadorial function, featuring a hoverbike ride through the night and spock thinking human culture means spoiling your partner in illogical ways (and then their dads find out)

- spock prime arrives through the black hole much earlier, disposes of nero and saves kirk from tarsus IV. Kirk grows up on vulcan with spock prime and also sarek plus amanda with kids. When spock prime dies kirk takes over his research on vulcan and aos spock slowly comes to terms with them being t'hy'la, stepping in to take spock prime's place and more in kirk's life

- anything where pike keeps captaincy of the enterprise with kirk as first officer and spock as science officer, and how he suffers as they banter/flirt

- the admiralty needs kirk to get married for publicity reasons. Some of the core planets of the federation banded together and demanded it, offering their own candidates ofc (just silly political maneuvering). They call kirk who accepts it on the bridge, thus all the bridge crew being informed that he has three days to choose one of the listed candidates. Spock points out that vulcan, one of the founder planets, seems to lack a candidate. Apparently they were not invited to such an illogical discussion... naturally spock decides to volunteer himself on vulcan's behalf and there you go, fake marriage with pining

- bonus obsession of mine: aos star trek movies but spock dates bones instead of uhura
