Just like my artichoke flowers, life has a way of moving gently into the next season and our next phase of growth. This week I have been busy clearing and shifting old energy to open myself into alignment for change. Summer is crazy with events and my body has had quite the battering, so this time is crucial in order to stay present and effective. I have also cleared away most of the old stems left from the small Summer produce and am looking forward to the Autumn veggies already happily budding. Hopefully, the tomatoes enjoy the coming weather and actually give me something other than leaves. With Zucchinis and greens aplenty am enjoying loads of Chilean bean dishes and curries. How do you all handle the shifts? This Sunday we are so happy to announce our participation at the Soul Star Festival with perfect timing as usual. Located at the @timberyard in Port Melbourne, it promises to take care of all your spiritual needs from yoga classes, readings, meditation, wellness talks, sustainable products, healthy foods, gifts and live entertainment. Runs 9.30 - 4.30pm If you love you, get yourself down there and enjoy the day. Remember you are worthy of the World so come along and learn how to make yourself number 1. Sunday also sees us down at the Craft Markets Australia Yarra Glen Market, which we love. We were happy to receive all of your messages last month when we couldnt attend and promise to bring all of our loyal customers the very best flavors for pick up. Market runs 9-2pm and as usual send through your orders.
