luo binghe is an influencer who makes elaborate and fancy cooking videos online. one day, user 'peerlesscucumber' comments 'what can i cook with this?' with a photo of the most empty, abysmal fridge luo binghe had ever seen. wanting to help this poor, starving commenter, he makes a video on simple, budget friendly meals. a few days later, peerlesscucumber comments another photo, a selfie of him with a plate of food, clearly made by using luo binghe's recipe! and it's the cutest guy luo binghe has ever seen!!!

binghe's content does a complete 180 after that, moving from michelin-level recipes to 'cooking on a budget' and 'time-friendly' meals. peerlesscucumber occasionally will send another picture of his poor, neglected fridge and ask for suggestions. luo binghe always fulfills his requests!

peerlesscucumber also always posts a selfie with the recipes he tries and luo binghe has a special folder on his phone with all of them saved

I’m not sure if this will be helpful to anyone, but you literally do not have to be a good writer to write and post fan fiction. Yes you will naturally get better at writing and finding your voice the more you do it but you do not have to be or become a professional level writer to enjoy writing and sharing fics. It’s common to hear people praise fic writers by saying their work is better than published books, and while I think this comes from a good place, that’s not the norm or expectation. There is also a sentiment that fic writing is “good practice” for becoming a better writer or doing something else later, but if fic is the only creative writing you ever do that is literally okay. Your technical skill does not mean you cannot have fun and build community with your writing, or that other people cannot love and find meaning in your work.

I included the author identities because I figured people would want to know if the book was own voices. Disclaimer that gender is a weird nebulous thing and life isn’t easy or straightforward, so depending on when you’re reading this post (I’m writing 8/2/19), some of the authors I listed as cis might have had gender realizations. I literally saw this on Twitter this morning with one of the “more trans SFF” books, so figured it was worth saying.

But like. The specific loneliness that comes with it. Going weeks and weeks with the only human face you see being zombies or corpses on the road.

Au with techno trying to cope with the isolation and then getting trailed by Tommy, who is incredibly relieved to see another living face but very very wary. Techno entirely thinks he’s a hallucination at first. Sees Tommy freeze up in panic in the middle of the road before running off and goes “huh. That was odd. Couldn’t have been a real person though they would’ve said something, probably. Probably? Well he’s gone now so”

Tommy thinks Techno ignored him purposefully as a sort of lone wolf move and so he assumes Techno hates company, but he also refuses to stop following techno because he hasnt SEEN anyone in weeks and maybe following him will lead to something other than hopeless wandering

Techno keeps noticing Tommy hiding behind corners and cars and keeps hearing his footsteps and just. Keeps being in denial. “My head is really making up some random kid now” is his thought process. He tries to actually look for Tommy only once, and in that instance, Tommy hides very well (he’s survived this long for a reason) and so after finding nothing Techno is pretty sure he’s just starting to lose it a little.

He’s not very bothered about it though. he’ll talk to the kid sometimes, shouting out across the street, not expecting a response. He finds a comfort in seeing his face, even if it’s usually half hidden, half behind a wall. Techno supposes thats why his mind made up the kid in the first place. To have a little buddy.

Tommy has no clue Techno doesn’t think he’s real. He just keeps a distance from sheer habit and wariness and is glad for the fact Techno respects it. He thinks theyre a team. Couple of bros. Who travel together while also like twenty feet apart but hey normalcy died with the apocalypse, and its not like theres anyone around to judge them

How to make English patch for Black Wolves Saga - the easy way

As you guys have known, Black Wolves Saga has a complete English translation by @orlandoblue. You can view the patch here.

But the problem is, the patch is for Visual Novel Reader, and a lot of people are having trouble with it and they’re unable to play the game in English.

I did make VNR work a couple of months ago, but now I can’t…

So I figured I’d make this guide on how to make an English patch of Black Wolves Saga. Please note that before using the existing translation, you MUST ask @orlandoblue first for their permission.

It’s not hard, it just takes a lot of efforts of… copy-pasting if you’ve got permission to use existing translation.

THIS METHOD ALSO WORKS WITH KEN GA KIMI!!

You can see that my font has some spacing issue, it varies from PC to PC, I tried with another PC and the font works fine.

Anyway, if someone completed making a patch, I’ll help with the changing font issue. For now, I’ll just show you the way to change the text and insert it back into the game.

A Kamisama Hajimemashita print in the year of our lord 2026? Yes. Yes it is. Can't believe this anime is 14 years old now!

It was one of the very first anime I watched and I recently had the delight of rewatching it. Something about it is just very calming and charming.

This print showcases the changes that Nanami brings in Tomoe's life once she becomes the Land god of the Mikage Shrine.

For Nanami I picked her gorgeous Wedding look as a nod to their future and for Tomoe I went with the long hair version that is a reminder of his past. And in the middle, you can see the shrine, where it all connects.
