ok hear me out. valentine says that the sbr timeline is the ONLY timeline with the corpse of jesus in it. but jesus obviously existed in the pb timeline; so obviously the difference between the timelines is at LEAST 2000 years back, when jesus resurrected and made his trek eastward toward the americas.
pretty much every difference between the steel ball and phantom blood timelines can be chalked up to this key difference, right down to the details of JoJolion: without the corpse of jesus the steel run race would never have been as serious as it was, which means the higashikata family would never have been able to win the funds to start their fruit orchard and become a major influential merchant clan.
when the pillar men get resurrected underneath rome in the 1930s, they say theyve been asleep for roughly 2000 years since their ‘final’ battle with the ripple clan. if their final fight was in the roman empire sometime around 0 A.D, they’re in exactly the right place to have come into contact with the first christians and/or jesus himself. note that the super aja has the image of a cross inside it.

following this logic, since kars was in the vacuum of space when made in heaven was activated, not only would he have not been reborn in the new universe, he also wouldnt have been affected by any changes to the earth’s surface caused by time being sped up. assuming this is true, this also means any timeline subsequent to battle tendency would not have had ANY of kars’ influence; the stone masks never would have been created, and most importantly, the pillar men would never have been led into battle against the ripple clan circa 0 A.D, leaving jesus free to make his trip eastward to the americas and leave the pieces of his corpse there for funny valentine to find
