no but as cheesy as it was the train scene in spiderman 2 is truly untouchable. spider man risks his life (again) for his city, and prevents a train from going off the rails, but passes out from exhaustion. four hands come up from behind him, and pull him into the train. the passengers look down at him, his mask off, and comment about how he’s just a kid. you can see it in their faces. he’s not familiar. he’s not memorable. he could have been any one. they give him back his mask, and help him to his feet.

and then. and THEN. doc ock pushes his way into the car and says “i’m here for him.” and a passenger replies (to a super villain with metal destructo arms) “you have to go through me first,” a statement the other passengers agree to immediately. so doc ock does as doc ock does and pushes them them out of the way, someone’s head goes thru a window, lights burst, etc etc. but the people on the back of the train are still holding spiderman up. they didn’t let him go even after they saw what doc ock would do to them. they hold him up!!!!!

if you're an american and you can go ACAB even though some police officers are poor minorities but draw the line at condemning the military because some soldiers are poor—you need to ask yourself why violence against non-americans is so much more acceptable to you.

Because America has almost no social welfare programs outside of the military. Condemn the military, absolutely, but many of the soldiers coming from low income backgrounds had no other choice or were told they had no other choice. And in the propaganda state we're in, where 'soldiers are heroes!' to young people coming from poverty the military provides food, shelter, healthcare, education, stable employment with upwards mobilty that is seen as virtuous, and security in every facet of life where they have previously faced insecurity. And recruiters know how to sell this too. People are lied to and coerced into military service as their way out of poverty.

Condemn the military and all it stands for, but if you want to keep people out of it, fight for alternative social welfare programs. Bring back the CCC and the WPA if you want to keep people from being forced into imperialist violence.

I am unable to finish the Thieves Guild quest because I accidentally killed an essential quest npc. Erikur in Solitude, you probably know him because his sister wont shut up about it. Erikur was the last quest giver I needed to become the master of the Thieves Guild. He is suppose to be essential, as in he cannot be killed ever because important npc is important.

‘So where is he?’ I hear you asking.

He is gone.

Gone into my characters tummy. You see, I was fooling around with the glorious weapon that is the Wabbajack and happened to turn Erikur into a sweetroll….and then I ate him. I ate Erikur. He’s gone forever. Into my tummy.

I glitched out a main questline because I turned a man into a sweetroll and then I c o n s u m e d h i m.
