If you claim you support human rights - not just trans rights but human rights in general - yet still plan to watch this show, unfollow me. You’re a fucking hypocrite and I don’t want you following me.

Do not watch it even if you’re hate watching it, it still contributes to streaming revenue and views!

The adults in this reboot of the franchise are FULLY accountable for choosing to do this show and accepting a pay cheque over supporting a minority group. Even if they claim they support trans rights, they’re cowards and don’t actually support them at all.

The kids do NOT deserve abuse or hate, whether it’s because you’re comparing them to Dan/Rupert/Emma or because you’re boycotting due to the author’s views. They are literal CHILDREN.

Your nostalgia over a children’s series about kids going to school is NOT more important than trans people being respected and having rights. As long as JKR is still alive, she profits off of this.

it's fine to create art that has deer skull god (she/her) (queering it) pomegranate sun/moon symbolism in it but you need to ask yourself, why a deer skull and not another animal? what does queering it add to the text's portrayal of religion? why a pomegranate specifically? are the sun and moon the most appropriate celestial bodies to represent the meaning i'm trying to convey to my audience? what am i trying to say here?

One thing I think people should remember when they're watching a livestream or reading a liveblog is that they're witnessing what's basically knee-jerk reactions to whatever lore they're getting as they get it

they haven't had time to think about the facts or even have all of them or read other people's takes or get that obscure dialogue you get only if you piss on 50 mushrooms in a row in a secret room that only shows up on Tuesdays with a full moon

and undertale/deltarune are often written specifically to induce incorrect knee-jerk reactions in people (think even just the ending of chapter 1, various instances of word play that only become clear later, characters actively deceiving us on purpose, tons of dialogue and character development in an actual secret route, etc).

livestreamers and livebloggers are risking Being Wrong in front of thousands of people for our entertainment, so I think it's okay if they do wind up Being Wrong or having an incorrect first take about something

So, here's a more lighthearted and positive take on the previous idea, recovery Flowery! He's not fully recovered, but the graft is starting to heal. He doesn't have a lot of feeling below the ribs, and only minimal manoeuvrability, and doesn't have the strength or co-ordination to walk, but he's at least in good spirits. And is also an utter menace on those wheels.
