Summary:
We met on the VHF radio, 10,000 meters above Beijing, and he is my lover. Three years ago, Chen Jiayu was piloting Flight 416 when it encountered a severe engine malfunction. He guided the fully loaded Airbus A330 onto the airport's longest runway at a dangerously high speed, more than 100 knots over the approach speed. What was hailed as the most successful emergency landing in civil aviation history over the past decade turned him into a household name. Yet, it also became his nightmare and his curse. He thought he'd used up all his luck in Hong Kong three years ago. Then, he met Fang Hao.
Fang Hao is someone who likes to be in control. He currently holds the record for directing the highest number of aircrafts per hour at Xinxing Airport. He's handled countless emergencies and has faced critical situations with unwavering composure. But with Chen Jiayu, he finds himself suddenly losing control.
This is the story of two people, battle-scarred by both love and work, their hearts shielded behind thick armor, drawing closer and healing each other along the way.
