Some days are easier than others are harder. Mentally it’s a struggle to do somethings anymore like even getting up for work. This bipolar and borderline personality disorder isn’t any joke but it is what it is. One day you can be strong and standing on top of the world and the next you can be crying and wondering why no one cares and who would miss you if you were even gone. I know it’s hard to fight because I have to fight everyday for myself and for my family. It makes it hard sometimes because I live alone at home now. I have a support system but I feel like it’s sometimes missing. I don’t know why I feel that way. Just know you have to keep on fighting and that there are people that care. Even on those rainy days when it’s hard to see though it.

So I got a fitness watch. I wish it was a fitbit, but I don’t have that kind of money, but this one wasn’t too bad. I just wish it would go with my other fitness apps. I really need to get into shape because I feel so much better mentally and physically when I work out. I have to tune everyone else out when I do, but it is worth it. I don’t feel so bloated anymore and hopefully I will start seeing some results soon.
