Oooh!! The Fort Drakon poll had me thinking which DA protagonist could break out of the regret prison. But then I thought, which one would be trapped there the longest??
Who would be trapped in the regret prison longest?
Warden
Hawke
Inquisitor
Rook

I enjoy the implication in Origins that Zevran isn't a very good fighter when we meet him and then after Origins he was utterly terrorizing the Crows. All the levels he gained in the Warden's party actually made him a canonically, significantly more dangerous fighter than he was when the Warden met him.
I also like to imagine my Warrior Mahariel was like, "No, no. There are better ways of ambushing and killing out here in the sticks. Observe."
Okay same headcanon tho like I didn't want to speak for everyone's relationship with Zevran but I was 100% thinking about my rogue ranger Mahariel being like "you know vhenan I also know some things about hunting shemlen, let's compare notes"
Something something. Making Solas a liar in Veilguard actively brings back a problem they fixed working on Inquisition.
On December 20 2019 VGS posted an interview with Trick Weekes about their work on Solas. This whole sentence is a link so its large enough for mobile but also disclaimer this is before they changed their name so deadname warning.
Here's a transcription I found here which is where i took the screenshots above. Since I know not everyone has 40 minutes to listen to an online radio interview.
I however highlighted the main point since most of you are not reading the screenshots anyway but skimming through. Rant under Read-more. Also bc i try to not be too negative on people's dashs but also i wanna ramble some more.
"But he lied a lot more. And it really weakened his character."
"Darkspawn were created by mankind's second sin: pride."
Just an Origins quote from a Chantry mother in Denerim bludgeoning me over the head 15 years later.
Thank you to the person who liked this and reminded me it exists because oh boy!!!
LOOK, THE CHANT IS CORRECT IN A LOT OF REALLY SPECIFIC WAYS
