looking at some of the reactions on here. I didn't think Nolan's Odyssey was a perfect movie but it's far better and more intelegent than people on here are making it out to be. Things are changed from the poem for a reason! the nobody line is gone, because they don't talk to Polyphemus because they didn't even think of talking to him or that he could talk. also the great line, would you talk to an ant. Pretty much all other changes as well are trying to say something to a modern audiance. now it's far from a perfect movie but not for changing things.
