HEK otherwise known as human embryonic kidney cells is an "immortalised" cell line derived from an aborted female fetus.  An immortalised cell line is a population of cells from a multicellular organism which would normally not rapidly increase indefinitely but, due to mutation, have evaded normal cellular senescence and instead can keep undergoing division. The cells can therefore be grown for prolonged periods in vitro. HEK 293 cells have been widely used in cell biology research for many years. They are also used by the biotechnology industry to produce therapeutic proteins and viruses for gene therapy. Several vaccines and biotherapeutic proteins have been already developed using HEK 293 cells.

Alex Van der Eb originally cultured the HEK cell line in the 1973. The number 293 comes from the amount of times it took to get the experiment right. 

To harvest a viable embryonic kidney for this purpose, sufficiently healthy children old enough to have adequately-developed kidneys must be removed from the womb, alive, typically by caesarean section, and have their kidneys cut out. This must take place without anaesthesia for the child, which would lessen the viability of the organs.

A comprehensive study of the genomes and transcriptomes of HEK 293 and five derivative cell lines compared the HEK 293 transcriptome with that of human kidney, adrenal, pituitary and central nervous tissue.[7] The HEK 293 pattern most closely resembled that of adrenal cells, which have many neuronal properties. 

Some advantages of HEK cells are the consistency of results and three cells are highly reproducible. However, they are prone to bacterial contamination, susceptible to viral contamination, and with  extended periods of culturing will result in the degradation of the cell’s health.

Besides use of HEK cells in vaccines they are also a known ingredient in food additives.  A biotechnology company name Senomyx claims to have "reverse engineered" human taste and aroma receptors. Senomyx was founded by prominent biochemist Lubert Stryer in 1999. Around year 2001, Senomyx patented several flavor enhancers by using "proprietary taste receptor-based assay systems", which have been previously expressed in human cell culture, in HEK293 cells. These cells were used to enhance the flavor.  Senomyx products fall under the broad category of "artificial flavors."

It is also uncontested that something cannot come from nothing; and that life cannot come from non-life. I'd like to expound that a thing cannot 'be' before there is a concept of what that thing is. All that a thing is is encompassed in its name or more specifically the 'word' that it's called. The Law of Identity states that A=A, or a thing is identical to itself. God says "I AM what I AM." That is to say, that a thing must be so from its beginning and remain unchanged, because if it changes from that thing, it is no longer that thing, and must be called by another name. Moreover, before a thing is made is made, there must be intention to make it, a purpose, and an idea of how it will function once it is made. The Noahide Laws are a set of Jewish civil laws found in the Talmud (Jewish book of mysticism), whose adherence is to be enacted worldwide and only applies to non-jews. Ruddy, from the root admoniy, meaning reddish hair or complexion. The same is from the root 'adam', also meaning red and is the same word used for the first man, Adam. Its color is likened to the redness of lentils (Gen 25:30); blood (2Kin 3:33); clothing soaked in winefat (16:2); and crimson colored like that from the kermes vermilio for dyes. Other notable ruddy people were Esau, whom the bible says came out red, David and Solomon, and the Nazarites whom were said to have been more ruddy than rubies with a visage blacker than coal (Lam 4:7-8). Song of Songs 1:5-6 - "I am black, but comely, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, as the tents of Kedar, as the curtains of Solomon. Karma is the belief that good and bad experiences in this life are the sum result of the deeds done in both the current, and previous lives. It implies reincarnation where one goes through a perpetual cycle of death and rebirth (samsara), where each life is determined by the karma from the previous life. Ultimately the goal is moksha or freedom from samsara by controlling the senses to avoid lust, the eternal enemy. One can only be free through the process of bhakti-yoga. When one can do this, not out want of reward, but of duty, then he has attained the Supreme. Karmic law depends on both intent and the action. By performing selfish or hateful acts, it is believed the actor will bring about suffering, and benevolent actions, loving actions. However, actions which are not performed out of intention for the desired result have no karmic consequences in this life or the next. I legit just posted about this March 3rd and look... I was checking the weather and noticed that the sun would rise and set at the same time exactly 12 hours apart and I remembered a passage in the Book of the Courses...of Luminaries, there would be a time with equal parts day and night. It follows that the nights will gradually get longer and the days will get shorter. The most intriguing evidence I've seen for robots and clones living amongst us is with this exposè on the NBA. Reminds me of the movie Surrogate, where a robot was cloned in the likeness of and individual and were in fact the ones to living amongst society. They were controlled by the person from home. Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is an enzyme which causes cells like cancer to self-destruct, in a process called aging out. All cells have a set lifespan, for instance, red blood cells have a lifespan of 120 days. THC is the messenger that tells the cell when to age out. It seems that according to scripture, the tithe is not given to the church, but rather to store in one's personal treasury to spend on one's own family and give to those in need. Does anyone whose studied this have different thoughts? Malachi 3:10 — Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. A tithe part or to decimate. From the Hebrew, ma'aser meaning tenth, coming from the primary root, ashar meaning to become rich or wealthy, enrich or pretend to be rich. Storehouse simply means treasure and we are to put a tenth of our increase into a treasury for the purpose of having meat in our homes. Mustard seeds are the small round seeds of various mustard plants. The seeds are usually about 1 to 2 millimetres (0.039 to 0.079 in) in diameter.
