The wonderful Ly family in Willow Creek was lovingly created for the save by @cowplant-snacks. All other neighbors were made by me, you can meet all of them here! Pets are from Pugowned, misc. townies from @cowplant-snacks and @simsontherope on the gallery.
There's lots of little details and things to explore, both around the world and relationship wise, so I'm excited to see what y'all uncover. Please feel free to @theneighborhoodsave in your posts or tag #theneighborhoodsave. I'd love to see what your sims are up to!

The save is 100% CC free! Please note that I do have all expansions, packs, and kits (except for Castle Estate, Goth Galore + Crystal Creations.) For any items you don't own the game will try to auto find replacements for those items. The file is mostly blank this time around but does include the original EA builds in university and vacation type worlds (sans Granite Falls.)
Included is a folder of completely optional skin details/eyelashes for the neighbor sims. Thank you to @faaeish, @pyxiidis, @tamo-sim, and @landgraabbed! There are 4 pieces of CC I cannot include in the folder due to creator TOU. Please check the included "Read Me" file for more information.

This Miami-inspired, midcentury modern complex is home to five units, all equipped with kitchens suitable for a home chef. Four of the units are fully furnished and one has your move-in ready amenities. Community amenities include a spacious pool and a gym that’ll keep any bodybuilder sim happy.
Took a little hiatus from Newcrest after spotting the perfect complex for an Oasis Springs new development and I’m just so excited about how this one turned out! Enjoy 🫶🏻

SO i made these humble edits of ios skin twoish years ago and figured i should give them a bit of a face lift by giving it the same treatment wisteria got: supernaturals to go with it, an edited lip texture, an eye set to go with it(2) and the tongue actually shows up now like intended!

i kept the shade range down to the essentials this time around, adding an extra light and extra dark shade to the defaults. 1 & 4 are io’s original colors, the rest is a variety of different trapping actions stacked onto one another.
NOTE: the zombie and vampire default come with an overlay mod! and the werewolf skins are correlated! please check out the hyperlinked instructions given by the respective creator ‼ also, these use the same packages as the original release of the skin, make sure to remove them first!

I’ve often gone absolutely feral just trying to find one trait for editing. Unfortunately, a lot of icon packs are outdated, missing things, or are not labelled so you have to dig for them. What started as a simple folder quickly escalated and now I bring you the ultimate icon folder for traits, careers, aspirations, and more!
There are over 1400+ images that I’ve carefully sorted, properly labelled for searching, and made sure to find the highest pixel size I could for each icon. The majority of which are 128 pixels, the ideal size for editing. The sizes of icons that available in the game are outside of my control, so some will be smaller.

IMPORTANT NOTES
• You will need The Sims Sans Bold font.
• These are .psd files made with Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020. They should work with any version of Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, and any other program that can edit .psd files.
• For the Weather Template, I recommend using L’UniversSims icons. Most of the weather/temperature icons are in the Base Game and Seasons packs.
• Feel free to change anything and everything! These are just meant to be a starting point. I made the layers that should be edited red/orange (mostly as a reminder for myself, but maybe it will help you too lol).
• Let me know if you have any issues and I’ll do my best to troubleshoot!
These templates were inspired by @pxltown‘s various templates and @boocreek’s simstagram template. I also use these speech & thought bubble overlays and these TS4 UI Mockups.
I created a garage door for my own personal gameplay, but thought I might as well add all of the wall heights, as well as a double and single sized door and put it up for you all to download.
Also I will be pausing my billing cycle for January 2024 on patreon so no one will be charged :)

my magnolia blossom is finally done! I actually built this a long time ago, inspired by a real park. however, the greenhouse area just didn't work in the sims, so i gave up on it. after a while, i took a good look at @m0ckest's park, got very inspired and decided to try again.
p.s.: you should totally check sam's build because it's gorgeous!
