Remember that movie about a kingdom who prospered on soup but went into a major depression because the queen died in her soup because a rat fell into her soup at the annual soup festival. And for years the only weather was cloudy because lack of soup, so the King made rats AND soup against the law. The King went into some sort of depression and sat playing the lute for like three years. And the princess, called princess Pea, with soup spoons on her crown, met a mouse who inspired her to see that there’s greatness in the world aside from soup but then the rats kidnapped the princess but was saved. Meanwhile the royal chef got tired of no soup so he made soup and the weather got better and it was sunny for the first time because of soup and The Kings happiness returned and the kingdom was saved.

Well, I DO recall this one movie called "The Nuttiest Nutcracker" but I only know it cause I saw the trailer a bunch on one of my VHS tapes (It might have been Elmo in Grouchland). It looks like FoodFight quality animation. Look up the trailer and get back to me on it if at all possible.
