Let's begin at that fire that happened two years before Nikki arrived in Miraland year 0. We all know that story, Ashley set some bitches on fire, passed out and Lilith took over to make that deal with the devil blablabla.

Evidence 1

According to Mind Maze 2, within a month after the fire, the Starheaven Swan is called back, Lilith wins the contest easily AND is running for the election.

Now, note the age Lilith is listed as being in Telosma's Kiss, the reflection for that mind maze, which depicts her crowning as the Starheaven Swan and the following days.

So first piece of information: two years before year 0 Lilith was already 15.

Evidence 2

That alone should already state that Lilith was supposed to be 17 during her reelection campaign. Except she wasn't, as most of her reflections at the time say. It could be easily explained by the fact that her birthday is listed as being in November while Nikki arrived in Miraland in early spring, which means that logically she was indeed still 16, turning 17 in some months, and soon the elections would come again - earlier than it was supposed to but that can pass as Nightbane's intervention. But even then... Volume 2 chapter 7 stage 11 gives us this:

Even if Lilith hadn't turned 17 yet during the reelection ceremony/Desire's rampage, since it's been over a year since Nikki arrived, Lilith should be 17 and about to turn 18 by now - especially in the TW/CN servers, where the story is already months past Nikki's first visit to Wasteland, which means this

is an error and at this point, even if Lilith began the story as a 16 years old girl, she should be turning if not already 18 by now.
