My teenage self was the most accomplished version of me. She was valedictorian, captain of the swim team, leadership in several school clubs, and held a decent paying part time job. Everyone had high expectations for her, which ultimately were not met.

So some might say I peaked early. But the version of me in my 30s is happier, wiser, more beloved, and more well-balanced. I wouldn't go back for anything.
