The sun and the moon in a colour and 3d shape mix. One of the only contrast paintings I created which used an outlining technique, but only because there is so much going on in this painting the images would get lost. I love the perspectives in the individual boxes and the movement this creates.
One of my first attempts at this kind of colour and shape intermixing. A unicorn with the moon on the horizon.
Never give up, never surrender, somebody loves you always remember. We don’t always listen, but we do always care. We are not unfeeling we are just unaware. Do no harm - to yourself or others - when people hurt, everyone suffers.
HOW TO CURE HICCUPS!
Everyone has been given some crazy tip to cure hiccups and they never work. I just wanted to share with you 2 easy methods of getting rid of them.
Method 1: I discovered this when I was a kid and have used it, whenever needed, ever since. When you start to hiccup wait patiently for the moment when you involuntarily take in air. When that happens gulp down a large mouthful of air - as if swallowing a big gulp of something. This will cause you to immediately burp if done correctly and Viola your hiccups will be gone.
Method 2: Hold your nose and press your tongue against the roof of your mouth. After you hiccup push your tongue as hard as you can against the roof of your mouth while constricting your throat as if trying to force out a burp. This one I actually discovered this month, a variation on my method 1, it seems to work just as well.
I did the 2nd one by accident as I was on the phone and didnt want to hiccup and burp into the phone and so did method 1 slightly wrong, but then had to wait to get hiccups again to see if it was just a fluke but it really does work!
This is quite interesting.

Dear Newly Diagnosed RRMS Patient
Something has just happened which will change your life completely; you were diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Having MS has altered your life but the diagnosis will transform it profoundly. You now have the reason, an explanation, for all those incidents, the strange things happening you thought were odd or even funny at the time. Now you can look back and say "OH yeah I see what you did there MS".
It wasn’t just all in your head although, ironically, it mostly is. It was not just a phase you were going through, a depression to be gotten over. It was not because of bad life-choices or poor decision making skills.
Smoking did not cause this and more exercise, and a better diet, will not cure it. Know this: you did not cause this, you could not have stopped this, it is not your fault. All those things you felt, all those complaints, ailments, and occurrences were symptoms, warnings, and clues. They were real.
They say "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" and they also say "MS doesn't kill people". So you now have the opportunity to become one of the strongest people anyone will ever meet.
