Shock to the System - Part 8
Mark Sloan x Dr. Cameron Blake (OC)
Cam wasn’t sure what made her more nervous: the fact that she was wearing a mini dress short enough to make her question every life decision she'd ever made or the fact that she was going on an actual date with Mark Sloan.
Real date. Not coffee. Not lunch squeezed between consults. Not working the same trauma patient and sharing a protein bar over a chart.
A real date.
With Mark.
Which was why she’d gone full glam. Diamond-dusted earrings, sparkly heels that made her five-foot frame hit a towering 5’5, curled blonde hair, and a sheer pink mini dress that shimmered when she moved. It was flirty, expensive-looking, and completely impractical for anything other than being seen.
She had absolutely no idea what dinner with Mark would look like.
But she was sure as hell going to look good doing it.
Shock to the System - Part 7
Mark Sloan x Cameron Blake (OC)
It was 3:17 a.m.
The hospital had settled into that strange in-between: not quiet, exactly, but muted. The kind of hush that falls only when exhaustion settles into the bones of the building, when everyone’s adrenaline has worn off but the night isn't over yet.
Cam leaned against the nurses’ station, absently scrolling through a patient’s chart on her tablet, her messy ponytail threatening to fall apart completely. Mark was a few feet away, scribbling something onto a chart, his brow furrowed in that intense way he always got when he was hyper-focused.
They’d been working side by side for the past six hours, trauma after trauma, consult after consult—and somehow they’d found a rhythm. A good one. Smooth. Natural. Maybe too natural.
It scared the hell out of her.
She tore her gaze away from him and muttered, “Be right back,” to the trauma nurse, then quietly slipped away.
In The Light
Don Flack x Forensic Anthropologist OC - Part 4
It had been a long, brutal case. A cold trail gone warm, a suspect finally caught, and enough paperwork to kill the mood ten times over — but still, as the team filtered into O’Malley’s, the laughter was real. The kind that only came from good people, a shared win, and maybe a little Jameson.
The bar buzzed with low music and the clink of glasses. Stella was already three sips into a dirty martini, and Danny had taken up residence at the dartboard, challenging Sid to a best-of-three.
You walked in with Mac, shrugging off your coat as you spotted Don already at the bar, sipping a beer, his usual understated calm at odds with the subtle way his eyes lit up the moment he saw you.
You walked over — no hesitation this time — and slid onto the stool beside him, your shoulder brushing his. His arm shifted behind your back on instinct, just enough to rest his fingers lightly on the back of your chair.
You smiled, reached down without looking, and let your hand rest on his thigh.
A beat of stillness. Don froze.

Writer Update!
I apologize for being away for a while. I have had some personal/family things going on which was my main priority, luckily it isn't as bad as it was before so I am able to write and post more often now. I was having a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and unfortunately that has to change for now.
I will be writing what I can, when I can. It won't be as consistent and I most likely will stick to my comfort zone rather than writing a big variety of stories for a bunch of different characters.
I apologize if what I write isn't for everyone because I understand that I was trying to have a bigger variety of fandoms, characters, and story types in the past and it is unfortunate that it will change for now.
Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Shock to the System - Part 6
Mark Sloan x Cameron Blake (OC)
The hospital was quieter than usual.
It was that weird in-between time—past the chaos of trauma rush but before the night shift fully kicked in. The lights in the attendings’ lounge were dimmed, the coffee stale, and the couch cushions permanently dented from too many exhausted surgeons.
Mark sat on one of those couches, hands clasped together, elbows on his knees, staring at the wall like it had the answers.
Derek walked in carrying a folder and stopped when he saw him.
“You look like hell,” he said casually.
Mark didn’t even blink. “Thanks.”
Derek set the folder down, grabbed two coffee cups, and passed one over. He sat across from him, watching. Waiting.
Mark finally looked up. “You ever feel like you’re trying not to fall in love with someone you already fell for?”
Derek raised a brow. “Cam?”
Mark sighed and leaned back against the couch, tipping his head back. “She’s all I think about. And not in the way people expect me to think about her.”
Shock to the System - Part 5
Mark Sloan x Cameron Blake (OC)
Seattle was soaked.
A thunderstorm had rolled in overnight—one of those rare spring systems that dumped buckets of rain and made the ER look like a war zone. Car accidents. Slips and falls. And one brutal multi-vehicle pile-up on the I-5.
By noon, the trauma bay was chaos.
Cameron Blake was in the middle of it, hair a frizzy halo from the humidity, eyes sharp and voice sharper.
“Get a crash cart in here now! We’ve got a tension pneumo!”
She was elbow-deep in a chest wound, soaked in blood, talking fast and moving faster.
Across the room, Mark Sloan was stitching up a forehead laceration when he caught the tail end of her command. His eyes darted up.
Cam. Full trauma mode.
And she was flawless.
Hair in a messy bun. Scrubs stained. Gloves snapped on. No makeup, no glamor, just raw, precise brilliance. She didn’t hesitate. She didn’t flinch.
Shock to the System - Part 4
Mark Sloan x Dr. Cameron Blake (OC)
Cameron and Mark didn’t go back inside together.
She stayed on the balcony a little longer, watching the city sparkle while trying not to replay every word of their conversation. The way he’d looked at her. The promise in his voice.
You tell me when. I’ll wait.
He meant it.
Which made what happened next… very unfortunate.
The minute she walked back into the ballroom, she ran into him.
Dr. Ethan Hale. Vascular surgery. Tall. Golden boy energy. Perfect teeth and a tux tailored within an inch of its life.
And very, very into her.
He stopped mid-step and gave her a once-over so blatant it should’ve been a felony.
“Wow. Dr. Blake?”

In The Quiet After
Stefan Salvatore x Fem!Reader Vampire!Reader
The Salvatore boarding house was quiet.
That kind of stillness that only came after a storm had passed—after the yelling, the heartbreak, the clinging to hope for something that had already slipped between your fingers like water. Elena had chosen Damon. And Stefan… Stefan had let her go.
Not because he didn’t love her, but because she didn’t love him in the same way anymore.
So now there was only the silence, and the ghosts.
He poured himself a glass of bourbon, not for the buzz—alcohol hardly affected him—but for the burn. The way it slid down his throat, a small pain he could control.
And then he saw it. Tucked between an old stack of books in the library.
A photograph.
Not of Elena.
Of her.
Aria.
Gravity
Jacob Black x OC
Jacob Black had never believed in fairy tales.
Not really.
Even imprinting — that sacred, involuntary bond the wolves spoke about with reverence — always sounded more like a punishment than a gift. The way Sam walked around like his soul lived and died with Emily’s every breath? It looked like chains. Golden, pretty chains, but still chains.
And Jacob had always hated chains.
Until the day he saw her.
She wasn’t new. In fact, she was the opposite of new. She'd gone to school with him. Lived on the rez. Been around. But she was always... separate. Above the noise. The kind of girl who walked the halls of school with her head held high, books hugged to her chest, eyes focused like she saw the future and had no time for the present.
Sierra Tahoma.
Beautiful, yeah. That was obvious. But it wasn’t just her face. It was the way she carried herself. Like she didn’t need anyone. Not in a cold way, just… completely whole. She didn’t chase boys. Didn’t giggle in the cafeteria. She read during lunch and aced every test without trying. She was the kind of girl that made guys feel small — not because she tried to, but because she was just that put-together. Out of their league without even meaning to be.
The Quiet Between
Aaron Hotchner x Fem!Reader
The bullpen was nearly empty when you stepped off the elevator. The echo of your boots across the linoleum was the only sound that greeted you. You had left your favorite cardigan draped over the back of your chair and came back for it, but seeing Aaron’s office light still on pulled your attention.
You paused.
Of course he was still here. It was nearly midnight, but for Hotch, time folded in on itself when he was buried in paperwork, stress, and the weight of responsibility. You hesitated outside his door. It wasn’t the first time you’d seen him like this, sleeves rolled up, tie loosened just slightly, that unreadable look on his face as he read through files that could haunt anyone else. But not him. Not Aaron Hotchner.
Except... you had seen it. The haunt. The small cracks. The late nights when he'd asked softly if you’d eaten, without asking if you’d eaten with him. The way his eyes lingered a second too long. The way he always stood a little closer to you than anyone else.
You knocked lightly on the doorframe. He looked up, surprised but not annoyed. If anything, he looked... relieved.
Of All the Unexpected Things
Leah Clearwater x Female OC
Leah Clearwater hadn’t expected to imprint. She’d given up on the idea the same way she’d given up on a normal life when Sam chose Emily. The same way she’d resigned herself to anger and grief coursing through her like the pulse of the wolf, constant and sharp.
So when it happened, it took the ground out from under her.
She was out on patrol, trotting along the forest’s edge in her wolf form, when she caught a scent she didn’t recognize, sun warmed linen and something sweet, like honeysuckle. Then a flicker of movement. A girl. Human.
Leah paused mid-step. The earth stilled. The connection hit her like lightning.
It wasn’t a snap. It was a slow bloom, unfolding in her chest, warm and terrifying in its unfamiliarity. Her heartbeat raced. Her paws stumbled.
What the hell? she thought. But the girl turned around, and everything in Leah’s world shifted.
Not a man. Not a potential boyfriend. Not even someone Leah would have noticed twice in her regular life. But in that moment, looking into soft hazel eyes framed by glasses, everything inside her said, Mine.
After The Ashes
Sirius Black x OC (Evelyn) Post - Order of the Phoenix (meaning Sirius Black is dead, sorry)
12 Grimmauld Place felt more like a mausoleum than a headquarters.
Dust danced in the air like ghosts, shifting silently with each step Evelyn took. She moved without purpose, her fingertips trailing along the banister that Sirius had once dramatically slid down, grinning like a schoolboy. That grin haunted her now. It had been just weeks since that day—the veil, the fall, the scream that tore through her like lightning.
Evelyn Black. The name still felt new. Still sacred. Still his.
She sat on the threadbare couch in the drawing room, knees pulled to her chest, Sirius’s leather jacket clutched in her hands. It still smelled like him—smoke, sandalwood, something warm and wild. She buried her face in it, tears slipping silently down her cheeks.
They hadn’t had long. Barely a year after his escape from Azkaban, they’d found each other again. Broken, bruised, but still burning. Marriage wasn’t in their plans, not when he was hunted, not when every day was borrowed, but he’d looked at her like she was the only real thing in a world full of shadows, and she'd said yes. Yes, a thousand times.
