It’s a 1970s shoujo in the style of La Rose de Versailles etc. It takes place during the cold war and is about Dorian, a talented gay art thief, accidentally interrupts the mission of NATO agent Klaus and falls heads over heels for him.

It’s a comedy, and it’s actually very funny. It’s a little bit like Lupin III if “Lupin tries to get into Zenigata’s pants” was a major canon plot point. It has some really really good spy jokes. And the romance is sweet but slow burn as hell.
