It’s finally here! Thank you everyone so much for your patience! Without further ado: the preliminary round!
We have 72 places left to fill which means: 144 competitors compete in 1v1 matches for the chance to participate in the final bracket. All of these characters and matchups are completely randomized from all characters that were submitted only once.
Starting Monday 10th April, 6 polls will be posted per day. The polls in the preliminary round will last 1 day. Each poll is tagged #preliminary round

'Magical Girl' is used as a gender neutral term in polls. A character does not need to be female for their mascot to count.
