Even so, one of our worst enemies are ourselves.
Appreciation Post
To my followers, to the ones that read and resonate with my posts, those that look at my posts but don’t quite innerstand them, I want to thank you all for even taking a look at what I create for this blog. My goal is to awaken deeper parts of consciousness that we all have hidden inside of us that’s ready to disburse out only on youniversal timing. Through holistic healing the divine feminine & masculine, illustrations, music, experiences that I’ve been through, and much, much more. Shout out to you. Healing others is what truly inspires me the most that way I find healing within myself.
She holds fluidity in her soul doesn’t take shit from lower vibrations, she’s so bold
Her touch is healing, so comforting and nurturing She doesn’t dare to compare herself her confidence speaks for itself
Her frequency is always elevating she’s so infinite and mysterious,
like the youniverse
Growing is a beautiful trait that we are all capable of doing. Be open and ready for change. The universe wants to unfold the most greatest, magical things to you!
Overcome obstacles and know your worth in this life. You are way more powerful than you think you are~
Our bodies may have a time limit on them but our souls are forever.
Food for thought
What differences do you see between these two pictures? It’s something to deeply think about.
I see imbalance. Imbalance that has to be more balanced. I see and feel this because I know that there are many people in the world who can eat ton and tons of food each week, but I also know that there are many who are starving as you’re reading this who get meals at least 2-3 times per week...if that. Which makes me feel that I have to be more grateful than I already should be. For what I have at this very moment. Food, water, shelter, nature, etc.
The world we live in is full of greed and gluttony in my eyes. We have all you can eat buffets where people can go to anytime while food/water/shelter/etc. isn’t as quickly accessible to others. There are also markets and restaurants that throw out food (even fresh food) each and everyday, yet that food isn’t going to someone who REALLY needs it. They have these mainstream charities out here for helping starvation that’s been here for decades but what’s really taking so long? Where is the money really going to?
You do have those charities who are really grinding and out on a mission to have starvation to become more of an awareness and making change as well. (if you know any, please link/give details below in the comments!)
The thing is, us being aware of starvation should be a wake up call to be more grateful for what we currently have and if we didn’t, that’s okay. We can make a collective change as a unit to create something better for the world.
With that being said, would we still be grateful for what we already have if we didn’t have much of anything?
Ever seen a okra plant flower? Me either. Well here it is~
Beautiful spiral patterns and juicy pollen for the bees and other amazing insects!
You’ve worked so hard into something you dived into yet you still don’t feel a sense of accomplishment from the work you’ve done.
I want you to know that the universe has something greater for you. Even if you don’t see or feel it right away. The thing is, we don’t realize that the effort, consistency, and commitment is what truly speaks the most.
When we put our hearts into something, practicing what we say, giving more than receiving, the youniverse will open more doors and opportunities. The opportunities are infinite. It’s up to us to create that reality.
Growing your own food
What fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts, grains, beans/legumes do you find yourself eating/using?
Imagine growing those plants and having an abundant amount of it for how ever long.
Not having to buy them from big corporations or drive where ever to purchase them.
Being able to put in the labor from planting your seeds in your pots and/or garden bed and watching them grow from a little pea to a mystical specimen will be a rewarding yet comforting feeling because not only you gather the experience of nurturing plants, but you get to be out in nature with the sun nourishing your skin and soul as well as knowing that YOU are the one who has been taking care of your plants and know where they have come from.
The food that we buy from corporate stores have been exported and transported from long ways across the country and states. Which mean we have no clue how the plants have been treated or what’s being said beyond the packaging we buy and it has different information (DNA) in it. They say that seasonal foods tastes better, I wonder why.
We can grow our own food now and not be dependent on stores to provide us what we can already create. So let’s elevate.
(supporting your local farmers market is a step up too!!)
Without all of the materialistic necessities, are we still able to be more humble and grateful?
How to feel more confident during menstruation (rebirth cycle)
I want to start off by saying that I first menstruated when I was 12-13 years old at my high schools bus lot and had absolutely no clue why there was blood coming out of my vagina. Mind, you I grew up in a household with just guys that don’t know anything about the functions of a “period.” I was uneducated, embarrassed, and ready for the bleeding to stop as soon as possible before anyone notices it.
Some of the things I knew at the time growing up learning about periods were mood swings, PMS, pain killer medicine/drugs, bleached tampons and pads, and being as stealthy I can when I’d be on my period at school trying to open the packaging of a tampon/pad. How embarrassing...I knew other girls at my school felt the same way. Guys on the other hand, would make fun of girls on their cycle.
Why? I’ll tell you why. Because of our belief system. What we grew up knowing is what we know. Being uneducated about something like a women’s cycle is okay. But when we’re belittling young girls/women who do bleed without knowing what it truly is, calling a cycle “disgusting”...that’s a problem. And that problem still lives on today.
My goal is to uplift and heal wounds that haven’t been healed spiritually, emotionally, and physically of the divine femininity and masculinity through spoken words and experiences that I’ve went through and can express that in a way where we all get an innerstanding of how can we balance certain things in our lives that’s an uncomfortable topic to talk about.
So how can us women feel more confident while we are menstruating?
Know that bleeding out of our bodies is nothing to be ashamed about. We all do it. People get cut, they bleed. Only difference is rebirth blood is a sacred time to cleanse, connect, and heal.
Try getting more physical with your blood! Things like wearing cloth pads to soak up all the blood and rinse the blood out is a way to be more hands on with your blood. Another thing is blood painting. You can collect your blood from a cloth pad or menstrual cup in a bowl mixed with water, get a canvas and paint brush and start painting what you feel.
Journal what’s going on during, before, and even after your cycle. Journaling is a powerful way to keep a visual representation of how to write in a flowing state.
Meditate! Meditating is a empowering time to observe what you feel and why you feel-as well as thinking. During our cycle we have a lot of emotions built up. Instead of being against our emotions, we have to learn how to be whole with them. It can be overwhelming and that’s okay. Take some steps out in nature, deep breathe in, and release all the tension inside of you. Repeat until you feel the synchronicities flow through.
I encourage women and men, young girls and boys to innerstand one another more. More deeply. We have become very disconnected with ourselves because of programmed separation of our femininity and masculinity.
Reblog to spread this awareness. I hope this helps anyone out here through different dimensions~
peace
Invest in the next best investment financially, spiritually, and physically with patience.
MENSTRUAL BLOOD IS NO DIFFERENT THAN BLOOD COMING FROM A CUT ON YOUR SKIN.
Our rebirth blood, as I prefer to call it - is very sacred because we literally shed out old skin into newly regenerated skin every month (hence rebirthing ourselves.) As we shed physically we also shed spiritually and emotionally. During our rebirth cycle, we notice how we are more into our feelings. Not that we are “bitching” or it’s “just that time of the month” or anything, but because we have to learn to let go of certain things that don’t serve our higher purpose. It could be anything. It could be to let go of holding grudges or forgiving yourself - really anything.
So our rebirth cycle is a time to be in tuned with self and our emotions. It could be physically painful like having intense cramps, but why? Why are your cramps so painful? Why are you feeling the way you do? What are you going to do to change your perspective and feel about your rebirth cycle?
It’s time to stop being ashamed just because we bleed through our vaginas and time to be more empowered and be more informed about the different cycles we go through. Not to be against them, but to be one and whole with them.
