Dear Taylor

we were at Atlanta night one on friday! we had the time of our lives, but we ran into a problem with the staff.

this is Rylee! Rylee is nine years old (turning 10 August 30th!!) who is diagnosed with bilateral close-lipped schizencephaly which causes cerebral palsy. She can’t walk, and you have taught her to say quite a few words with your music! I’ve been a fan since 2006 so she grew up with your music, and Friday was the first time she stayed awake the whole time for your concert. However there was a bigger issue this time: she couldn’t see. we didn’t have accessible seating to begin with, but we were told beforehand that we would be able to get some at the show if we needed it. our biggest fear was rylee having a seizure and is not being able to get her somewhere plus she wasn’t going to be able to see. we went to guest services where we were told that they could give us three accessible seats at most, and they wouldn’t be able to sit our whole group together. we were like okay but rylee doesn’t want to leave us so we’ll figure something out. my mom and rylee went up to accessible seating through charli and camila because holding a nine (almost ten) year old up for hours is very tiring. during camila’s set, four perfectly able bodied people came up and took seats from my mom, rylee and two other people who NEEDED to be there. this is after they told us the most they could sell in handicapped was three and even that was pushing it. For Rylee to see, we had to hold her up on a chair, but as I said before that gets tiring easily and so my mom had to sit down with her.

Rylee spent SO much time getting ready for Friday, we counted down since December 6th! The main reason Rylee was wanting a hug from you, @taylorswift is because she has a surgery in exactly one week and it’s her birthday month! This year has also been hard financially and Rylee unfortunately just got diagnosed with focal seizures. We’re hoping to somehow make it to Nashville! Rylee is so sad that she couldn’t see, and although she had a great time listening she was very disappointed. Can you help cheer her up and give her a hug sometime soon? @taylorswift @taylornation

I got to dance with Andrea last night during Don’t Blame Me and it was SOOOO fun. Before we took this vid, when Taylor did the high note Andrea was mid sentence and paused and raised her hand in the air and was like YESSSSSS and it was so cute!!
