I wish people wouldn't say "you can always go out without makeup/without shaving/wearing traditionally masculine clothes!" because that's just not true - not everyone can. I can, because I'm white, because most people see me as a cis woman, because I work in a place that would not punish me for not conforming to those beauty standards. I wish people would switch to saying (and practicing) "I go out without makeup/without shaving/wearing traditionally masculine clothes because existing in public like this normalizes it for everyone else and it should be possible for everyone to do the same". something like that.
