Saturn 30th Anniversary Special: Astal

I added just about all tiny details, the translucent hair to reference how the game breaks the myth that the Saturn can't do transparency, the Centaurus Constellation as a reference of the game's codename in development, the Sega Saturn slogans in the background, a art made completely out of experimentation and passion for the game.

Again, they still have to vote on the final passage & the House still has to vote on it as well.

So, focus on your House Representative now; Continue to call them & tell them to vote ‘No’ to KOSA. Remember: There is more opposition to KOSA in the House.
