POV: You’re a marine who just got their ass kicked, and Mihawk is about to take your dog tags for his collection

Happy 4th of July to Marine Hunter Mihawk, who also wants to be free from an unofficial monarchy! The One Piece Worldbuilding Discord was talking about how cool it would be if Mihawk stole dog tags from every marine he killed before his warlord days, someone suggested him making a chainmail coat, but uh… I’m sure as hell not drawing that. Also, this is my first time drawing Mihawk and this came out surprisingly good, so yay!

I’ve been toying around with an AU inspired by Nami’s OG design where Nami loses her arm while with the Arlong Pirates. She has a prosthetic because she thought it would help with her cartography, but she kinda hates it. It tries so hard to look “natural”/blend in that it looks uncanny, and it feels like it’s denying that she’s literally missing a limb. Plus it’s uncomfortable. And heavy. And doesn’t move right. Really, she only wears it every now and then when she has to.

But then one day Franky and Ussop get bored and start to redesign one. They realize they know nothing about fashion and bring Sanji into it, who brings Robin in for a feminine touch, and eventually the whole crew gets in on it. It’s got Genzo’s windmill, Luffy’s hat, Jimbei’s sun, Bellemere’s oranges, Sanji’s swirls, Brooks bones, Sakura blossom for Robin and Chopper, the same general shapes as Franky’s joints, Zoro’s green, and Usopp suggested that they include a log pose and some very weak magnets in it so Nami can use it to detect counterfeit coins. Chopper also helped with some health stuff/attaching it.

HRT slumber party!

I’ve had a theory for a while now that Koala is trans femme because she’s shown in very masculine clothes while escaping Mariejois. And I like the AUs where Sabo’s got a non-binary/agender thing going on. That, plus my urge to see high-effort fashionable people having a lazy day and the fact that I lowkey haven’t spoken to someone in person in weeks resulted in this!

Yes Sabo does have a Hatsune Miku tank he’s using as a loose binder.
