i vent and rant a lot on this blog, especially about my mental health, so I thought it would be adequate to give you a little bit of insight into what is going on in my brain
again, these are heavy topics, so feel free to skip this part. i talk about it on this blog because it helps me figure out what's going on in my head and maybe someone out there doesn't feel as wrong or broken as i did for a long time
survivor of emotional parentification, enmeshment, emotional incest, emotional invalidation and triangulation, all of which are (apparently) considered emotional neglect and in some cases even emotional abuse
CPTSD. self-diagnosed, but considering i have every single symptom on the list and then some, I'm pretty sure this diagnosis is fairly accurate
may or may not have DID, BPD, depression, anxiety and autism. idk, therpay is expensive, man
