not to be That Bitch but it really is insidious that the construction of the concept of “granny panties” has made women self conscious about their freaking underwear of all things (meant to be worn underneath your clothes and not be seen most of the time!!!) to the point where women sacrifice comfort to wear a gstring or cheeky hipster or whatever crap the industry comes up with all so that women can be constantly maintaining not just a pleasing outward appearance but a ~sexy~ state of mind

You know what tho? Them “Granny Panties” are some serious business. They cover everything so I don’t get that awful ‘my elastic band is sawing through my existence’ feeling around my midsection. That, and I can totally tuck that fucker into my bra and BAM: bathing suit, bitches. 

Do you know how many packs of Oreos I can kangaroo pouch in that shit? TWO. I got me doublestuffed. It could also easily hold three cans of soda no prob. While everyone is hiding things in purses and backpacks at the movies, I’ll have a whole steak and lobster meal from Outback complete with bloomin’ onion. My already too short marketed waist band of pants and other bottoms will keep the food in my pouch safe from my IT sewer. 

It’s shitty that they’re treated as disgusting when they’re versatile and comfortable. Them fuckers just don’t want me to carry my limited edition twinkies.

Blue Fire Hold Burning Bright @ PernWorld Mush!

Brilliant torches light the crushed shell roads leading into the hold proper, offering illumination for the guests and vendors soon to arrive. Activity thrummed throughout the grounds as workers busy themselves with final preparations. Stunning lanterns in a variety of blue shades, mingled with silver and gold are being hung around the now completed Harper's stage. Crafters set up their booths, stocking them with only their finest creations to be ready for the guests soon to come. It would have been just another beautiful tropical night around Blue Fire Hold, but this one was destined to be a Gather to remember. One marked with a golden glowing beacon among the stars overhead. Some whisper that it's a good sign for a prosperous Gather while other are filled with dread for Half Moon Bay Weyr.

OOC: Blue Fire Hold will be hosting a Gather on their grounds, open to everyone! Just a little meet and greet for folks to get together and have a good time.
