And for the people who made an AI slop ‘game’ where Kratos is yelling at Faye while she performs nothing but domestic labour.

Nothing in my original post was meant to imply that the game is beyond critique. There will always be things about a game that won’t appeal to certain people. It’s simply not possible to please everyone, nor should that be the goal of a game studio anyway.

It IS extremely weird to be so vehemently against this game and start rooting for its downfall just because the protagonist is a woman - and that is the root of it all despite these gamers bending over backwards to try and convince us otherwise.

Im not even asking people to give this game a chance if they really are set on not playing it- I’m just asking them stop being so gross towards it, and women in general.

not using AI genuinely feels like the rest of the world is experiencing some kind of mass amnesia. if someone says they never use it, the immediate response is that can't be true because "everyone" uses it to write their emails or answer their questions. saw a comment suggesting that not using chatgpt to write an essay is "like the 90s". girl I graduated in 2021 and we weren't doing that! how is it that everyone has suddenly forgotten that they were entirely capable of doing these things all by themselves for their entire lives up until the past few years!! am I going crazy!!!
