Fruit fly was raised by the side of a laten so he has a bit of a special bond with them, he's only ever seen a handful of other dinos around, a popo a laten, and his partner Kimchi. His patterns make him stick out in the woods, he prefers the deserts and woods, liking the coverage overhead of the trees and the warm sand on his big body.
Him and kimchis parenting styles are very different, fruit fly was very sad when his kids had to leave, he did his best to keep them all alive even if all of them stressed him out with their curiosity. He loves his scary wife so much. With his eldest son Ti he found him on his own and went to go show his wife what he found. Fruit fly absolutely adored being a father, and of course he needs more babies, but once the stress of the first bunch wears off.
He's gotten the hang of keeping his babies alive until they are old enough to go off on their own, and hopes to have many babies and grand babies to come, his lineage shall carry on for many generations... Or until something stops him, whichever comes first.
Now having had three successful nestings with Kimchi, this third clutch had a deaf baby! He's starting to grow a spine now with getting the babies to stop trying to kill each other, this clutch definitely gained their fighting spirit from Kimchi, and the only thing they inherited from fruit fly was his looks.
He's had four successful nest, six whole babies, and has nested throughout three seasons. Hopefully he has many more seasons ahead of him, though he is getting old.
Kimchi said he's not allowed to die for a long time.
he has lived a long happy life full of children. Of course, even fruit fly can't evade the hand of time as he ages by the day. Now officially three years old and still having children, he probably will only stop once time has catched up to him and he's died from old age.
Though, if kimchi dies before him he will mourn heavily and most likely die from heartbreak.
His bones are old, he will have his final clutch of eggs with kimchi, unless he somehow lives a little longer then maybe he will convince her to have just one more clutch. Until then, he's lived a long life with kimchi and hopes that she doesn't die before him.
Now having his sixth clutch full of girls, fruit fly feels he's ready to slow down and wander the land of broken fragments with kimchi. Somehow the impossible happened, fruit fly is now babied out!
As his colours fade he’s used up the last of his ink on his last few babies, who most were melanistic.
He now finally is beginning to wander without kimchi by his side, not that their partnership is dwindling, but the call to explore comes again and the desire to find a final place of resting is drawing near.
He wanders his way over to the wooded parts of broken fragments in search of a mods bed to lay on.
Before he passed a baby acro tried to seek shelter below him, it did not end well for the baby.
Having gone out in a glorified blaze he now rests up with the fragments, a piece of his soul going to a new titan. He lets toast, the first eldest to properly pass, to watch over this new piece of his soul.
