Nonbinary people are the biggest hypocrites when it comes to gender theory. Aside from the fact that it's mostly women who are trying to escape oppressive gender stereotypes, nonbinary people frequently complain about how restrictive gender norms are, and these restrictions are what made them want to be nonbinary in the first place.

However, if you are implying to be outside of the binary, doesn't that imply everyone else is within the binary? Doesn't that push gender norms further onto everyone around you, assuming that they want to fall into the mold and oppression, while you do not?

Gender ideology is all wrong at it's core, but I decided to make this post especially about nonbinary people's hypocrisy, because you're not about to go around complaining about the very system that helps you continue being who you are.

former nonbinary person here, and yup this is true. it utter insanity, i remember when i was starting to lean towards gender abolition as a TRA and whenever i’d see my fellow ‘enbies’ complain about gender norms i always pushed back and questioned why that would even be affecting us? we’re outside the binary?

and it was the backlash that i faced that helped contribute to me starting to have second thoughts about what being nonbinary meant to me.

People assume radical feminists are gender critical only (the correct term would be gender abolitionists). People do not care about our discussions of anti-pornography, anti-beauty industry, anti-prostitution, medical misogyny, anti-religion, FGM, human trafficking of women and girls, and many more. We want to bring attention the different types of misogyny and how it affects and harms women and girls around the world, how patriarchy has oppressed us for millennia and still continues to this day. But unfortunately not everyone will see that. How is radical feminism worthy of being labeled as neo-nazism? Because we call out misogyny and harmful practices? I know it is only a tactic to silence us, but why go so far? Why use that word so carelessly? Why is caring about the wellbeing of women and girls considered a hate crime? It makes no sense.
