For Halloween, these Vegan Bloody Cups are a great treat that is both scary and tasty. They are also gluten-free. They have peanut butter and raspberry jam inside, and some fake blood on top to make it look scary. This is sure to be a hit at any Halloween party!
Ingredients: 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips. 2 tablespoons coconut oil. 1/4 cup peanut butter. 2 tablespoons powdered sugar. 1/2 cup raspberry jam. Vegan edible fake blood store-bought or homemade.
Instructions: Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until well combined. Line a mini muffin tin with mini muffin liners. Place a small spoonful of melted chocolate into each liner, spreading it up the sides. Add a spoonful of peanut butter mixture into each cup, pressing down gently. Top peanut butter mixture with raspberry jam. Cover jam with more melted chocolate to seal the cups. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until set. Once set, carefully remove the cups from the liners. Drizzle vegan edible fake blood over the cups for a bloody effect.
