New funniest crime: a guy trying to steal an entire Pokemart. Not steal from the Pokemart, steal the Pokemart itself. He got four Corviknight from Galar and strapped harnesses to them and then tied them to the Pokemart.
I asked him why he was doing this and he said "the prices are too expensive." And I was like "dude, I get it, but the solution is to shoplift not whatever this is."
Also, how are the Pokemart prices more expensive than importing Corviknight and getting the equipment required to move an entire building.

Doctor Robotnik is a fun one to throw into those "what would [media chadracter X] do with [cursed artifact Y]" hypotheticals because the answer is always "misunderstand or disregard its intended purpose and use it to power a giant evil robot". The One Ring, the Death Note, the Necronomicon – it doesn't matter. Evil robot. The question isn't what he'd do with it, but how it's going to go horribly wrong.
the most fun part is that he studies it thoroughly to power his giant evil robots with so he almost certainly knows what its intended purpose is. he just doesnt care
