Made the most delicious homemade cashew milk this morning. Not gonna lie, I'm kinda proud of myself on this one. Recipie: 2 cups raw cashews (soaked overnight) 6 1/2 cups water 4-5 medjool dates (pitted. so pitted, lol) 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1-2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional) 1/4 teaspoon clove (optional) . Throw it all in a Vitamix, or any other high powered blender for about 1 minute! Then enjoy your delicious creation. Will hold up about 3-4 days in the fridge!
