The only thing I could think the moment Madison saying that line to Mallory, she is Chanel talking to Chanel #3.

We know Madison was an actress so Chanel can’t fit her past. But WHAT IF “scream queens” is also a show in ahs universe where witches took part.

WHAT IF Madison and Mallory sometime in the past were trying to forget all the witchy stuff and move on so actions in KKT were just part of their life.

(Maybe at the beginning KKT house was an attempt to bring witches in college together)

We know Emma and Billie were also together in Billionaire Boys Club. WHAT IF they just keep sticking to each other in every story and something strange is happening like in Maniac.
