So in summation; Rowling demanded access to a woman’s time and when she couldn’t get it she retaliated by posting an upskirt image of her and called her fat, and some of her fans even went “I think I can see her genitals”.

She literally went “debate me! Debate me!” Over and over like the grifter she is and when she couldn’t get what she wanted and when “no” wasn’t enough she resorted to retaliatory sex-pestery, posting an image of somebody’s body with intention to shame and embarrass and spawn more waspish tittering from her internet followers.

Rowling is trash and this is disgraceful behavior, in case anyone has forgotten.

Adding that if you are a poor person who tries to abuse the system and you get caught, it might straight up be over for you. However, if you’re a rich person abusing the system and you get caught, if all you have to do is fork over money then get right back into abusing the system, then that’s no problem. Since the Odyssey is trending, now is a good time to remind people that Nolan chose the city Dakhla (Western Sahara) to shoot the film, which is occupied illegally by Morocco. Many Sahrawis are calling for the boycott of this movie.

I'm pretty sure not many people are aware of the illegal occupation of Western Sahara by Morocco, so I invite everyone to do some research on the subject, especially if you support the Palestinian cause, then you should also know about the Sahrawis who, like the Palestinians, never got their freedom.

Without fail, every time a woman is talking about how she does not want to have children and never wants to be pregnant and how medical professionals, romantic interests and family members keep trying to bulldoze her decision and keep expecting her to change her mind because motherhood is something that is expected of all women and it is abhorrent to think a woman could not desire it, a random mother spawns in the comments to be like “Well, actually, you never know! I didn’t want children and then I got pregnant and I realized I love being a mama and I have five little babies now! Could happen to you! 🥰”

Sister, keep that to yourself or make your own goddamn post, you are ignoring that woman’s central concern and belittling her, you don’t even think you’re doing it. Formerly childfree women who ended up having children and loving it are like detransitioners in the sense that there is nothing inherently wrong with changing your mind about having children or realizing you were mistaken about your gender identity but immediately weaponizing your indecision to tell people that the barriers to healthcare and the violations of their bodily autonomy and the way society ignores that person’s wishes is actually okay because you were wrong. Some people do know themselves.

My old doctor literally laughed when I asked if I could get my tubes tied. She said, “Oh, of course not! They’d never let you. Besides I didn’t want to have kids for years and then I had my first baby at 35!”

Like, that’s great and all, happy for you ig (???), but I’m chronically ill to the point of being disabled, can’t really hold down a job, and have never had any desire for children. I would not be a good parent. I don’t really like kids all that much. Besides it’s so much effort to take care of myself. I have killed green onions and I don’t even feel responsible enough to take care of a pet, much less a fucking human being. But no, please tell me all about you, you very well off, healthy, able bodied person.

My grandmother did the same thing when I told her I didn’t want kids. She actually freaked out (so much for “it’s everyone’s right to choose” which she always loves to preach just to prove how progressive she is). She told me I’d change my mind, used my mom and my mom’s cousin as examples since my mom had once said she didn’t want kids and has two and my mom’s cousin had a baby kinda “later” than expected. Again, it’s another example of two women who were healthy and able bodied having kids. My mom’s wasn’t like amazing well off but she wasn’t, like, struggling.

I don’t want to go through being pregnant. If at some point in my life I find an urge to have a child, I might consider adoption. But I’m not expecting it. I’ve literally never felt that way. And being chronically ill has really destroyed my ability to function some days. I can’t imagine having to go through what I’m dealing with right now while also having a whole other human being I need to take care of, too. Absolutely not.
