This post is the entire philosophy behind my blog
tme people, when a trans woman is being vocal about grieving the childhood that she never got to have, it is incredibly disrespectful to lecture her about the things that suck about growing up as a girl, because we DID grow up as girls. girls who were deprived at every angle of all the joys we sought, shoved into places and spaces where we did not belong, tortured by a community with a deep hatred of transfemininity.
if your instinct when confronted with a trans woman's grief is to contradict her and "correct" her, you need to do some serious self-reflection about why you believe it's your place to speak over her.
AGGGHHH MY WIFE IS ARRIVING RODAY!!!!! MMMRRRPP AWOOO
me and my army of six to seven trans and gay furries on our way to defend the digital circus finale (we're the only ones who seemingly had enough media literacy skills left to understand what it was saying)
Based on a real conversation I had before it clicked in my head 🏳️⚧️
TME = cis men, cis women, trans men, transmasculine nonbinary people.
TMA = trans women, transfeminine nonbinary people.
Both categories include women and nonbinary people
Both categories include people with penises, and people with vaginas, and people with ambiguous genitals.
Both categories include intersex people.
TME includes cis and trans men.
Anyone claiming this is a binary is being disingenuous or willfully ignorant, which is honestly the same thing.
imagine that everyone is standing around in a big open area together, right. now imagine that every day, a certain portion of people are just straight-up lit on fire. like, they're not incinerated immediately, but they are on fire, and most of the time the fire will grow bigger and hotter, as fire is wont to do, until the person is used up. the fire is thought of as "natural", so the others don't really do anything to help—in fact, some people like to use the heat from the on-fire people to get cozy.
however, lately we've figured out a lot about something called "water", and people can take "water" and throw it on someone who's on fire to douse the fire. turns out people who are on fire don't like being on fire, and actually really like getting covered in "water". in fact, people who were on fire like it so much, that they go around looking for more people who are on fire to throw "water" on them, and douse their fires too. it's gotten to the point that these people come up with cute slang to figure out who might be "on fire" and if someone needs to be "wet". sometimes they even go around with "water" guns and squirt people, and if their target likes it they'll go like "here's another one who's on fire" and then will blast them with more "water".
however, sometimes a man will get splashed by accident, like these wet people get a little too overzealous and throw water all willy-nilly and will get water on someone who isn't on fire. sometimes they'll even splash water on a man on purpose, as a joke. it's usually really common for these men to go "idk why wet people think it's funny to go around splashing water on people, it's really annoying and being wet sucks", and then one trillion people around them will come out of the woodwork and go "yeah getting splashed with water or even being called 'wet' is exactly the same as being literally on-fire, it's super problematic for wet people to be going around with 'water' guns looking for fires to put out, it's better to just let the fires go out naturally because then there'd be no danger of getting any water on anyone else, plus the fires are natural and 'water' is like experimental and it's just super annoying to be called an egg for no reason i mean wet for no reason."
then they'll go and kill the trans girl for thinking having a squirt gun is okay
What would happen if Kaufmo didn't interrupt Jax and Ribbit's talk?
Something dreadfully homosexual.
Please, Gooseworx, we need this cut
People that are TME have started tagging my post about v-coding as just "lgbtqia", as if this is a general queer issue...
Just some very literal "all lives matter" bullshit.
This isn't done to gay men, or cis lesbians, or TME bisexual people, it's not even done to transmasculine people. It is done exclusively to trans women and transfeminine non-binary people. We are being legally sex-trafficked by yhe government within the men's prison system. And this has been happening for generations!
This is not something that "effects all queer people." The only way it effects TME queer people is by making them a little sad when they have to read about it. We, trans women and transfeminine non-binary people, are the ones being fucking legally sex-trafficked by the state.
So you call this what it is, transmisogyny, or you get the fuck away from me and my posts about it.
am I weird for like being weirded out when internet people REALLY want a certain character to be trans (ex: Ralsei from deltarune, theres some signs but to me personally they just seem like a guy who happens to like feminine things and feels bad about it)
might be a bit of an overexegeration but to me it just comes off as extreamly pushy and weird with a hint of fetishistion
and in the case where a character DOES turn out to be trans i immediately see sexualised artwork of them :/

“It just means you have to work double as hard as most people!”
Well maybe I don’t WANT to work double as hard as abled people!! Maybe I deserve a BREAK!! Maybe I’ve been working MORE THAN double as hard for MY WHOLE LIFE and it’s led me to immense burnout & caused me to develop several MORE disabilities!! Maybe I should be ACCOMMODATED so I don’t have to KILL MY BODY AND BRAIN over trying to do what abled people can do!! Maybe I DON’T have to work double as hard!! Maybe if there’s the option to let me NOT work double as hard, I should have it, because I’m already working double as hard JUST TO SURVIVE!!
Why do you think disabled people deserve less rest than mentally & physically abled people?
we need more benches. everywhere. we need more safe places to sit in. I have anemia and other stuff (foot problems) that prevents me from walking more then 10 minutes without feeling like I'm about to pass out. Other then the fact that cities should be walkable, which is important, we should remember that so many people just cannot fucking walk and should still be allowed to like, exist.
