I love when people say “i really like that thing you do, you know when you (insert thing)” and you had no idea that is something you do. I also love it when people know more about you than you do. I get really excited.

I’ve survived two weeks without my regular exercise routine as the place where I exercise has been shut over Christmas because it is only small. Its been a challenge as I still struggle with exercise addiction but I have survived which is something I never thought I could do.
Take care of your health while you can so that you’re not spending the second half of your life regretting it. And trust me - you will regret it. Just because you can’t see the immediate side-effects of the stress you’re putting on your body today, doesn’t mean it’s not slowly affecting your tomorrow.
